The REALTOR® Foundation is the charitable arm of the MIBOR REALTOR® Association. Since 2003, the Foundation has invested more than $3.5 million in organizations working to end homelessness in central Indiana.

Today, the Foundation is focused on one clear outcome: ending homelessness. We invest in nonprofit partners whose work directly moves individuals and families from homelessness into housing. Our funding is centered on solutions that create a path home.

Grants are awarded annually through a competitive proposal process and are funded through a draw from the Foundation’s endowment. One hundred percent of MIBOR member donations are allocated to funding our grants. Individual donations and revenue from signature events also strengthen and grow the endowment, ensuring consistent and increasing support for organizations leading this work.

Our model is built for long-term impact—protecting sustainable grantmaking today while expanding our capacity to end homelessness across central Indiana.
