The REALTOR® Foundation’s 2026–2028 Strategic Plan outlines a focused path to expand our impact across central Indiana. Our work is centered on four key priorities:

Strengthen the Organization
Build the internal capacity, leadership, and visibility needed to grow the Foundation’s impact.

Align Grantmaking with Housing Outcomes
Focus funding on strategies that move individuals and families from homelessness to stable housing.

Expand Philanthropic Support
Engage and mobilize the real estate community to invest in housing solutions.

Build Strategic Partnerships
Collaborate with nonprofits, housing partners, and industry leaders to increase access to housing.

Through these priorities, we are working to move more households from homelessness to stable housing and create lasting, community-wide change.
