Historically the REALTOR Foundation has organized a "Week of Service", and for that week REALTORS from all across Central Indiana showed up to support nonprofits all across our region. Every one of those volunteers creating a positive impact, but we know we can have an even grater impact all year round! We are excited to launch "REALTOR® Foundation's Helping Hands" our new approach to volunteering with our grantees and other nonprofits who are doing the hard work day in and day out.
How can you help? We need volunteers, we are creating list of individuals, groups, offices, brokerages anyone wanting to give back in a meaningful way. Our nonprofits will let us know their needs, the foundation will then call out to our list of volunteers, if the project matches up with your abilities and availability let us know, we will connect you with the project organizer at the nonprofit.

Where: Coburn Place Safe Haven
E. 38th Street, Indianapolis
When: Tuesday July 21st, 2026 (alternate date 8/6/2026)
What: Projects are always changing it could be anything from... Cleaning, organizing, furniture assembly & moving, apartment preparation or groundskeeping.
Who: Groups or individuals
Coburn Place would like 10-15 volunteers, they can accept groups as large as 30 if the weather is nice. They can accommodate various physical abilities, just let them know ahead of time.
