The main REAL Challenge page will have a live tracker. All donations must be made online between 12:00 am 10/22 and 12:00 am 10/23 to count for the challenge. Anyone can donate! You are only limited by your own creativity.

Prize: Your class will be immortalized on the REAL Trophy displayed all year at MIBOR, plus bragging rights as the fundraising champs!

The real winner is the REALTOR® Foundation and our most vulnerable neighbors who will benefit from our mission.

About the Cause:

Established in 1984 by the MIBOR REALTOR® Association, the REALTOR® Foundation was created to provide an outlet for real estate professionals to give back to their community. Led by a small group of MIBOR leaders with hearts for philanthropy, the REALTOR® Foundation has grown to become the definitive source for MIBOR members to support organizations that are solving homelessness in central Indiana. Through carefully selected grants funded entirely by the real estate community, the REALTOR® Foundation has contributed over $3 million to support safe and secure housing solutions for Hoosiers in need.

Our vision is that everyone in central Indiana has a safe place to call home. Each of our grant recipients is chosen through a rigorous process prioritizing their comprehensive wrap-around services and focus on preventing returns to homelessness. It is our priority to not only house the unhoused, but to ensure that individuals and families have the resources they need to remain housed, retain employment, and care for themselves and their family. The organizations we choose to support contribute to the health of our community as a whole, promoting new leaders and agents of change for the benefit of everyone in central Indiana.

We are proud to continue our commitment to the fight against homelessness. Click here to learn more about the most recent grant recipients.
